Minilop Attend is a standalone application designed for authorized personnel of organizations and entities using the Minilop ecosystem to manage check-in and confirm attendance for activities, events, trips, and programs.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "organizations and entities" means any school, company, service provider, charitable organization, event organizer, or other entity using Minilop services.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

4. Camera and QR Code Use

The Application may use the user's device camera to scan QR Codes or Barcodes associated with a booking, ticket, or participant.

The camera is used solely for this scanning function. The Application does not store photographs or videos of users or participants as a result of using the scanning function, unless this is separately disclosed and there is an applicable lawful basis for processing such images.

5. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Enabling authorized personnel to record and confirm participant attendance.
• Verifying bookings, tickets, or participant eligibility.
• Updating attendance records.
• Enabling organizations and entities to manage and monitor attendance.

• The main Minilop Application.
• Other Minilop platforms connected to the service.

Resamah Entertainment Est. does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Personal data may be shared or made available when necessary to provide the service or perform attendance operations, including with:

• The organization or entity associated with the relevant activity or event.
