Service Providers Terms of Use

Welcome to the "Minilop" application
Effective Date: August 2022
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as a service provider, and Rasama Entertainment Establishment; therefore, please read them carefully before using the application.

[1] Introduction

By using the application or registering as a service provider, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms and your commitment to them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the application.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

[2] Definitions

"Application": The Minilop platform owned by Rasama Entertainment Establishment.
"Service Provider": Any entity or individual offering their services through the application.
"Client": The user who makes a booking.
"Services": Events and activities offered through the application.

[3] Nature of Service

The "Minilop" application operates as an intermediary platform for displaying and booking events and is not a party to the contractual relationship between the service provider and the client.
The application bears no responsibility for the quality or execution of the services provided.

[4] Account Registration

The service provider is committed to providing accurate and updated information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account data.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the account in the event of a breach of terms or the provision of inaccurate information.

[5] Service Provider Obligations

The service provider is committed to:
- Providing the service in accordance with the advertised description.
- Adhering to schedules and quality standards.
- Dealing professionally and respectfully with clients.
- Not dealing with clients directly outside of the application.
- Complying with all applicable regulations in the Kingdom.

[6] Dealing with Children

As the application is intended for children and families, the service provider is committed to:
- Adhering to all safety requirements for children.
- Providing a safe and appropriate environment.
- Obtaining necessary licenses, if any.
- Bearing full responsibility for the safety of children during the event.

[7] Pricing and Payment

The service provider sets their own service prices.
Minilop's commission and banking fees are deducted according to the agreed-upon package.
Dues are transferred within the specified period after the service is rendered.

[8] Cancellation and Refund

The service provider is committed to the cancellation policy specified within the application.
In case of cancellation or negligence, the service provider shall bear the appropriate compensation for the client.
The application is not responsible for financial disputes between the parties.

[9] Content and Intellectual Property

The application reserves all its intellectual property rights.
The service provider is responsible for any content they publish.

[10] Legal Liability

The service provider acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the services they provide.
The application bears no liability for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the service.

[11] Indemnification

The service provider agrees to indemnify the application against any claims or damages resulting from their breach of these terms.

[12] Use of the Platform

It is prohibited to use the application for any illegal, offensive, or regulation-violating activity.
Attempts to hack or misuse the system are also prohibited.

[13] Account Suspension or Termination

The application has the right to suspend or terminate the service provider's account at any time upon breach of terms or causing harm to the platform or clients.

[14] Force Majeure

The application is not responsible for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its control.

[15] Applicable Laws

These terms are governed by the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi judiciary shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

[16] General Provisions

These terms represent the entire agreement between the parties.
They may not be assigned without consent.
The Arabic language is the governing language.
