Welcome to Minilop Attend.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Minilop Attend application (the "Application"), provided by Resamah Entertainment Est. ("Resamah", "we", "us", or "our").

Minilop Attend is a standalone application designed for authorized personnel of organizations and entities using the Minilop ecosystem to record and confirm participant attendance for activities, events, trips, and programs.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.

1. Definitions

"Minilop Attend" or "Application" means the standalone Minilop application designed to manage, record, and confirm participant attendance.

"Minilop" means the digital services ecosystem operated by Resamah Entertainment Est.

"Resamah", "we", "us", or "our" means Resamah Entertainment Est.

"User" or "you" means an individual authorized to use the Application.

"Organization or Entity" means a school, company, service provider, charitable organization, event organizer, or any other entity using Minilop services.

"Participant" means an individual registered for an activity, event, trip, or program whose attendance is recorded through the Application.

2. Eligibility to Use the Application

Minilop Attend is not a general-purpose application intended for use by the public.

The Application may only be used by individuals authorized by an organization or entity associated with Minilop services.

By using the Application, you represent that:

• You are authorized by the organization or entity you represent to use the Application.
• You use the Application within the scope of permissions granted to you.
• You will not allow unauthorized individuals to use your account or login credentials.

Minilop or the relevant organization or entity may revoke or suspend a user's access when necessary.

3. User Account and Login Credentials

Use of the Application may require login credentials provided or authorized by Minilop or the relevant organization or entity.

Users agree to:

• Keep their login credentials confidential.
• Not share login credentials with any other person.
• Use only their own account.
• Notify the organization, entity, or Minilop if unauthorized access is suspected.
• Log out when using a shared device where appropriate.

Users are responsible for activities conducted through their account resulting from their sharing or failure to protect their login credentials, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Use of Minilop Attend

The Application is intended solely for managing, recording, and confirming participant attendance.

Application functions may include:

• Viewing participants associated with an activity or event.
• Searching for participants.
• Verifying bookings or tickets.
• Scanning QR Codes or Barcodes.
• Recording participant attendance.
• Updating attendance status.
• Viewing information related to attendance.

Available functions may vary depending on the user's permissions and the nature of the service.

5. Accuracy of Attendance Records

Authorized users are responsible for ensuring that attendance is recorded accurately.

Users must not:

• Mark a person as present when they have not actually attended.
• Record attendance without verifying eligibility where such verification is required.
• Record attendance on behalf of another user without authorization.
• Incorrectly modify or use attendance information.
• Use the Application to bypass procedures or controls established by the organization or entity.

Attendance records generated through the Application may constitute electronic records associated with an activity or event and must be handled accurately and responsibly.

6. QR Code and Barcode Use

The Application may allow attendance to be recorded by scanning a QR Code or Barcode associated with a participant, booking, or ticket.

Users must use the scanning function only for authorized purposes.

Users may not use or attempt to use any code, ticket, or identifier that does not belong to the relevant participant or activity for the purpose of creating an inaccurate or unauthorized attendance record.

7. Responsibility of the Organization or Entity

The organization or entity granting access to Minilop Attend is responsible for:

• Determining which individuals are authorized to use the Application.
• Assigning appropriate permissions to each user.
• Ensuring that the Application is used for approved purposes.
• Managing its authorized users.
• Notifying Minilop when a user's authorization ends or access should be revoked.
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided to Minilop concerning participants and activities.

Use of Minilop Attend does not grant a user any authority beyond the permissions granted by the organization or entity.

8. Children's and Minors' Data

The Application may process information relating to children and minors.

Users agree to use such information only within the scope of the permissions and purposes granted to them by the organization or entity.

Users must not copy, extract, share, or use children's or minors' data for any purpose outside the authorized use of the Application or the permissions granted to them.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data processed through Minilop Attend is handled in accordance with the Application's Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Privacy Policy.

10. Camera Use

The Application may use the device camera to scan QR Codes or Barcodes.

Camera use is limited to the scanning function. Users may not use the Application or camera to capture or record photographs or videos of individuals or locations for purposes unrelated to the service.

11. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Use the Application without authorization.
• Share their account or login credentials.
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or accounts.
• Record false or inaccurate attendance.
• Alter or tamper with attendance records.
• Copy or extract participant data for unauthorized purposes.
• Share participant information with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Application for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Application.
• Attempt to bypass security systems or access controls.
• Use automated tools or methods to access the Application without authorization.
• Reproduce, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or components of the Application, except as permitted by applicable law.

12. Application Availability

We seek to maintain Minilop Attend in a stable and reliable manner. However, we do not guarantee that the Application will always be available without interruption or errors.

The Application or certain functions may be temporarily suspended due to:

• Maintenance or updates.
• Technical failures.
• Cybersecurity requirements.
• Development and improvement activities.
• Operational or technical reasons.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the Application or its functions from time to time.

Updates may include adding new functions, modifying existing functions, or removing certain functions.

We may also update these Terms when necessary. The updated version will be published with the applicable "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Application after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Minilop Attend, including its name, design, interface, software, logo, and content owned by Minilop, are reserved by Resamah Entertainment Est. or the respective rights holders.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any part of the Application without prior authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

15. Suspension or Termination of Access

Minilop may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Application, in whole or in part, if:

• These Terms are violated.
• The Application is used without authorization.
• Participant data is misused.
• Attendance is intentionally or improperly recorded.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity occurs.
• Security or technical risks arise.
• The organization or entity requests that the user's access be revoked.
• Applicable law or a lawful requirement requires such action.

Suspension or termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

Minilop Attend is provided as a technology tool for managing and recording attendance.

The organization or entity and its authorized users are responsible for using the Application within their granted permissions and for ensuring the accuracy of attendance records.

Minilop is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information entered by a user, organization, or entity, or from use of the Application in violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute relating to the use of Minilop Attend shall be handled in accordance with the applicable procedures and jurisdictional rules in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
